Polish Addict: Pretty in Punk.

Hi everyone!  Today I have a polish from Polish Addict to share with all of you.  I learned about Polish Addict (by Laura Sanchez) through Instagram, and I was so delighted when I found out she was looking for people to swatch her polishes.  She has some great creations and I love the combinations she comes up with.  Indie polishes are so great, and you can even see the influence that the Indie industry is having on mainstream polish lines.  More and more mainstream brands are creating polishes that have Indie influences in them -  so Indie makers must be on to something good!

The polish that Laura sent me to swatch and review is Pretty in Punk.  This is a soft grey base with black and holographic gold hexes mixed with larger baby pink hexes.  Here are some bottle shots.

The application on this was perfect.  The polish went on smooth and there was no fishing needed to get the glitter out - even for the larger hexes.  Everything placed itself on the nail in one smooth swipe.  The polish achieved opacity in two coats.  However, these pictures are showing three coats for a little more depth (just a personal preference thing).  I topped this with one coat of INM Out The Door Top Coat.

Polish Addict can be purchased from Laura's shop at www.shoppolishaddict.bigcartel.com.  Be sure to follow Laura's Instagram page (@polish_addict_34) and her Facebook for information about upcoming collections.

Until next time...
